Our agreements can be offered under a variety of different jurisdictions including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand and other countries.

For agreements within the United States, the default jurisdiction is the State of Georgia, however, this can be modified to encompass other states such as California, and New York. In the case of Canadian jurisdiction agreements, our standard template is based on the Province of Ontario, but adjustments can be made to other Canadian jurisdictions such as British Columbia.
